With nearly a decade of experience working with preschoolers, Rajitha Podishetty is an enthusiast at heart with a deep-seated passion for early childhood education. She embarked on this fulfilling journey driven by her love for engaging with young minds and watching them flourish. Rajitha is an ardent believer in the Montessori philosophy, which champions personalized learning and encourages children to grow and learn at a pace that’s unique to them.
Her educational journey started in the vibrant city of Bangalore, India, where she completed a diploma course in Montessori training. She further honed her skills at the Montessori Assistant Training Seminar at MMTEC, illustrating her commitment to continuous learning. Rajitha’s tenure as a lead teacher for gave her a profound understanding of child psychology and a first-hand experience of the impact of personalized learning.
Upon moving to the United States, she continued her love affair with teaching, serving as an assistant teacher in Michigan for many years. Today, she’s thrilled to bring her a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Blooming Brains Academy. Here, as an assistant teacher, Rajitha looks forward to creating a nurturing, joyful, and stimulating learning environment for the children. She aims to emphasize the key tenets of the Montessori method of education: independence, choice, hands-on learning, and practical life skills.
When she’s not molding young minds, Rajitha transforms into a devoted mother to her daughter and son. She relishes every moment spent with her family.
